Pietro a Vico decided to take part of the consortium promoting and protecting the Tuscan naturally-leavened (sourdough) Bread “CPT scrl” in order to produce a Tuscan product with flour obtained through milling processes similar to the ones followed in Tuscany area.
The company technological evolution followed the production development, in order to always remain competitive and very present on the market.
