Sofidel S.p.A. group is a leading company in the Tissue home packaging.

It acts in Italy with many plants, five of them in Porcari (Delicarta Cartiera, Delicarta Trasformazione, Papernet, Soffass Cartiera and Soffass Trasformazione), one in Borgo a Mozzano (Imbalpaper) and one in Bagni di Lucca (Fibrocellulosa).

With its worldwide famous brand “Regina”, Sofidel also acts abroad with many plants in Europe and it is very careful to ecological problems using renewable energies thanks to important photovoltaic systems.

We principally manage the fire prevention, providing project management for all systems: the procedures to meet regulatory requirements for operation are very severe because of the wide dimension of the plants and the high risk of fire.
